DCists Converge on Cue Bar

In spite of the chronic unhipness of classical music, the editors of DCist, past and present, graciously allow me to write for the site as Classical Music Contributor. So Thursday night I went to hang out -- all too briefly -- with the folks from DCist, at the Happy Hour they host regularly for the staff and associated friends. This event was at a place new to me, the Cue Bar. As with all the DCist venues, the Cue Bar is a cool place to hang out, in this case in an almost unmarked basement location on U Street NW, between 11th and 12th Streets. There are photos, but I had to leave too early to be in any of them.
