Quote of the Day

Regarding piracy, I am happy that a good subject will go to many even if some people make money pirating it. I say let the art belong to the people.

Anon, have you ever returned home to find your family has changed the locks? Or have moved without telling you.

Hurray, a quote from Mr. Iyengar!

Actually, yes. They have. And to assume anyone but your very best friend could not be tempted to the same for his/her/their own interest is a fool. Thank you for asking.

Now that I read up on who this Iyengar is - oi veh.... some meschuggene cult-leading hack-come-communist-so-long-as-I-make-lots-of-dough. I'm getting sick. [Come to think of it... perhaps not so meschuggene, after all then!]

Have any of you ever done one hour of Iyengar yoga? Have you?

Uh, it's not easy at all. That is some classic old-school get the basics right hard core foundational yoga. Football players would be MOANING AND GROANING. You all would be TOAST in 10 minutes.

Please keep in mind that yoga isn't about reading or politics or namecalling, it's about DOING.

Highly recommend you all stop posting about Iyengar until you take a class. One hour. One single solitary hour of Iyengar yoga taught by a certified instructor. I positively dare you. Ha.

Until then (which ain't gonna happen anyway) just let it go!
