I really hope this doesn't come out as trolling, but I'm honestly curious why there was no mention of Barenboim and WEDO's Beethoven and Boulez cycle at the Proms. (The Ninth, which was very good, is even on Arte's front page)
Not trolling at all. I saw the link to the Beethoven 9 but could not get the video to work -- not sure if it was a U.S. issue or what -- so I did not list it. Nothing against that or the Boulez cycle! If I cannot get the video or audio to work myself, I generally do not link to it.
