Great picture, Mark! In terms of the composition... the only problem I see... well, it's obvious... You can use the Photoshop to "let" the other lady fade away. You also need to crop a bit. Otherwise, it's perfect!
So... it's not perfect? What now? And Photoshopping your pictures into bland "perfection" is BOOORING. Much better with second lady. So much is, as you say, "obvious". In terms of composition, that is.
I'm in the school of shoot and it is as it is. Shopping/Botox, I have cropped from time to time, but this was just right, for me. There is a certain beauty to leaving shots as they are.
