The music of Irving Fine has largely disappeared from local concert programs. To mark the centenary of the American composer’s birth this week, the Library of Congress has put its Fine archive on display with a scholarly panel and festival of concerts, including one by the Chiara String Quartet on Friday night, performing on the library’s precious Stradivari and Amati instruments.Chiara String Quartet
