As we reported via Twitter last night, the musicians of the San Francisco Symphony have voted to continue their strike. After management canceled all of last weekend's concerts, it quickly became apparent that a solution could not be reached before the ensemble was due to leave on an East Coast tour. The tour was to have concluded with their long-anticipated return to the Kennedy Center, their first since 2010. That concert, sponsored by WPAS, which we picked as one of the month's best, will not be happening.
