Every trip I make to Paris convinces me that I should make this the permanent home of Ionarts Central. Sunday evening, sitting at a brasserie along the Seine, with the spires of the Sainte-Chapelle and Notre-Dame and the dome of the Panthéon in the distance and the bouquinistes open for business on the quai, I gave it some more serious thought. However, if I often think that Washington is perhaps too expensive a city in which to raise a family, Paris would be even worse, especially with the euro at its present level.

Reviews and pictures of things seen and heard will follow.
